Hours: Mon. to Fri. 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; occasional evening and weekend work; participation in the department on-call rotation
Salary: $65,416 - $77,872 per annum plus Benefits/Pension/Vacation
 

 
PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
 
Assists with the maintenance, management, and updates to all systems application software (including highly sensitive and confidential material). Provide training and supervision of IT staff as required.
 
 
EDUCATION/SPECIALIZED TRAINING/SKILLS:
 
Essential (minimum) Qualifications:
 
  • Minimum 3 Year Diploma in IT from community college required (or equivalent training and experience)
  • Certificates or experience in Windows-based networks
 
 
WORK EXPERIENCE:
 
Essential (minimum) Qualifications:
 
  • Project management experience required
  • 2-3 years of progressive supervisory experience in information systems
  • Experience in Municipal Financial software Systems Administration
  • Experience providing user documentation and training
  • Experience with workflow solutions, preferably Cartegraph
