CO-ORDINATOR OF GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION, SURVEYS AND MAPPING SERVICES

Resumes are being accepted for the permanent position of CO-ORDINATOR OF GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION, SURVEYS AND MAPPING SERVICES within the Community and Strategic Planning Section, Planning Services Division of our Growth and Development Department.
This position is responsible to the Manager of Community and Strategic Planning for the complete management, direction and operation of the Geographic Information, Surveys and Mapping Group. This includes responsibility for the development of strategies for corporate implementation of GIS processes and for the creation and implementation of policies, programs and priorities for data elements of the GIS. The Co-ordinator also oversees the development and maintenance of key GIS data sets including parcel fabric, topography, addresses, streets, control surveys and orthophotography.

Remuneration includes a salary range of $3,188.50 to $3,753.40 bi-weekly (market adjusted rate), with an attractive employee benefits package.
