TOURISM COORDINATORS
(2 full-time positions)
 
Reporting to the Manager of Tourism and Culture, the Tourism Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, promoting and executing events for the Town of Amherstburg. The Tourism Coordinator is also responsible for coordinating the operations of the visitor information centres, overseeing the volunteer program, and executing the tourism and culture social media platform.
 
The successful candidate will have a minimum 2-year college diploma in marketing, tourism or a related discipline and 2-3 years’ experience in tourism, marketing, large scale event planning and fundraising.
