Our client is a local municipality in the beautiful Niagara Region, a great place to work, live and play!
 
Employing project management methods, you will lead the multi-phased implementation of a new customer service initiative using CityWide CRM software applications. Among other things, you will master the platform; collaborate across departments to understand client processes; create a service knowledgebase; develop content and solutions; integrate work order tracking; create and deliver staff training, and; collaborate on a refresh of the client’s website. From time to time, you will perform the role of Customer Service Representative to understand services, improve delivery and develop the customer service team.
 
With post-secondary education in business or related discipline, you have experience in the development and implementation of CRM software, preferably in a municipal setting (or have demonstrated knowledge of municipal government functions, processes and service delivery). You possess a customer service orientation and the ability to work independently on multiple tasks. Tech-savvy, you are an effective communicator and presenter, skilled in project management and partnership building necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
 
The position offers a salary of $56,490.25 - $72,664.80 ($31.04-34.94 per hour) plus competitive benefits.
